Dominic is an experienced leader within HR & Global Talent Acquisition. He has over a 25 year career led teams on every continent with strong interests and experience in enterprise HR transformation projects, new business start-up and performance enablement. For the last 10 years with Boeing, key focus areas have been expansion of global employee footprint & talent geo-diversification, HCM and ATS development and deployment, talent strategy creation & execution, GTA & HR operating model evolution, RPO deployment & management, crisis response & management and talent sourcing strategy & execution. Outside of work, Dominic loves travel, history, and all sports.

Transition of RPO services across the enterprise to deliver higher value services and experiences to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

Volatility in some sectors linked to geo-political and financial drivers. Increasing reach/influence of AI tools in application and assessment but not yet matured or universally accepted. Increased need for diverse sourcing & engagement strategies to combat challenges linked to virtual/onsite work, divergent candidate expectations and talent supply.
