Debbie Robinson is an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader with extensive experience across the FMCG sector. Over her career, she has led large, high-performing teams and driven global talent strategies, including the development and leadership of Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Known for her deep expertise in TA and her passion for developing people, Debbie combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to deliver lasting business impact.

What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Leading our GCC and EMEA TA transformation journey. It was such a learning to be part of a global TA transformation – including operating model changes and organizational design changes. I led this process for our EMEA and GEF (Global Groups and Functions) TA Teams.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

I believe the future of Talent Acquisition will be shaped by how we balance technology and humanity. As automation takes care of the transactional work, our real value will come from connection — from the stories we tell, the experiences we create, and how we help people see their place in a company’s purpose. Data will continue to guide us, but empathy will define us. The most successful TA teams will be those that blend intelligence with humanity.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

So far, I have Global Strategy for our Early Talent programs and design solutions for our Global Capability Centre hiring 2026 – 2028. Our broader COE team are also working on capability building for TA & Hiring Managers, Front Line and Innovation/ Digital hiring. I sit as a SteerCo member for all these projects.
