Setting up and leading our new HR Operations & Advisory centre in Brazil, providing support for the Americas and leading delivery for line manager advisory worldwide for our downstream business.

Continued integration of TA into the wider talent agenda, with data-led and data-insight driven functions delivering value beyond managing recruitment volumes.
