Danny has had 23 years in Talent Acquisition, working across various sectors, including IT, Consulting, Broadcast Media, MedTech and Defence. His main focus in recent years has been building and optimising TA functions. Outside of work, Danny loves spending time with his kids, keeping fit, hillwalking, and I am an Officer in the Cadet Forces.

Significantly improving the speed and volume of hiring and implementing workforce planning and processes
How has the RL Community/helped you this year?
RL community has been a safe space to bounce ideas around and knowledge share. In addition I have learned a great deal whilst at the RL Summits.
What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
As we have already seen, I predict that TA will need to do more with less, diversifying skills within TA teams, and showing real delivery. Data and recruitment enablement will play a big role in the industry in 2025.
