With 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Claire has worked both in agency, MSP, RPO, and now in house. She has a keen interest in Diversity, Candidate Experience and driving efficiencies through the recruitment process, as well as being able to align outcomes in Talent Acquisition with business drivers.
What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
The achievement of our diversity goals within both our Early Careers and Executive Hiring functions, using the knowledge, skills and experience from my leadership team to drive the right outcomes whilst ensuring fairness and equity
How has the RL Community helped you this year?
I have found the peer to peer networking and the information available on the RL Hub extremely useful to bounce ideas and gain insights in to how to do things differently
Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
I think we will need to continue to evolve – change is our only constant and with the ever changing landscape of technology impacting TA we will need to focus on becoming even better strategic advisors, giving market insights and aligning to a more skills based hiring approach, whilst thinking about how Gen AI will continue to impact how we operate.
