We have recently rolled out a new EVP which really brings to life the views of our employees
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
I see our role getting even more important with the age of AI. We still need to hire the best people efficiently and AI will support that. However, we will also need to make sure we are hiring people with the right attitude who are motivated to be the best they can.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
For 26 we will be rolling out a new ATS system and revamping our Pre/Onboarding process
