Delivered the overall talent acquisition strategy and HR operations team to scale a new start-up policy bank, delivering £22bn in infrastructure financing to assist the UK in delivering its Net Zero 2050 target for HM Treasury.
The team won the TA innovation team of the year awards for Yorkshire 2024.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
AI and automation is key to reducing the administration. The real challenge is going to be “where” and “how” organisations add value with human interaction during the hiring process to differentiate their organisations from others to ensure their EVP resonates with talent.
