What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
Delivered a 66% reduction in early life attrition (0-3 months) by creating an AI, Assessment and CX lead approach to hiring saving approx €1m in 1st year.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
TA will become even more partnership lead with AI taking a lot of the transactional and processing part of the TA role. TA will become more focussed on strategic impact supporting workforce planning and impact through improving hiring performance and enabling better hiring decisions by managers.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Building a training resource for recruiters enabling them to become stronger business partners. Focussing on soft skills including commercial awareness, communication and influencing, change management and story telling. This will also support the development of current recruiters who see their career outside of TA as AI becomes more prevalent.
