Andrew has been in the industry over 20 years, initially in agency & executive search before moving in-house in 2012. He’s interested in using data to better align TA strategy and delivery with business needs and enabling the shift of TA from a purely transactional function, to value driven and how it collaborates with TI and TM to contribute to enterprise talent strategy. In his spare time Andrew can sometimes be found sailing on the south coast and if he’s lucky, racing somewhere hot!

What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

Being promoted to take on experienced hire recruitment globally for Verisk.

How has the RL Community/helped you this year?

The RL community provides a hive mind which is a unique sounding board for ideas and questions related to talent acquisition. This community has provided me with insights across a broad range of topics in 2024 from AI governance and adoption, through to proprietary insights into vendor experience.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

Continued adoption of AI tech as an enabler, providing bandwidth for TA professionals to focus on value add steps in hiring processes and develop their analytical skills to create outcome driven data insights.
