Andrew is a people-focused HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist; been in TA/Recruitment around 24 years, half of that “in-house”. Andrew is a believer in EQ more than IQ, kindness, and doing the right thing, the right way. He was also our first ever RL Meetup organiser for his Meetup in Birmingham. Andrew’s main love and priority is his family, he likes nothing more than a good beer and coffee with good company.

Always making decisions based on doing the right thing.

How has the RL Community/helped you this year?

Biggest thing has been the support on kickstart of RL Meetups; it has been a privilege to lead the inaugural meeting!

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

Common sense and good commercial recognition will return. How? TA will take TA back; a return to being recognised and utilised as the niche professional skill it is. People experiences in the hiring process will benefit from that focus. (there has been a dilution of TA ownership in too many sectors, causing a lowering of standards)
