With over 25 years of recruitment experience, Andrew’s career has included 12 years in agency, large corporate TA roles with PepsiCo and IQVIA and time with several tech scale-ups. I have also set up and run a successful cycle cafe. I currently leading global talent acquisition at medical products and technologies company Convatec.

I spoke at a RL100 Summit for the first time.

Extensive support and guidance through challenging times, both when I was between roles and in facing the day to day challenges of TA leadership.

Continued focus on efficiency and productivity gains through the wider adoption of AI.
