In my most recent role we delivered diversity statistics that are well above industry average. I’m proud to have been a member of the RL100 for 2025 and also for being awarded a Higher100 place for 2025
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
I think there will be more utilisation of AI and automation for a lot of manual processes and this will enable TA to focus more on being respected and essential business partners.
