What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Bringing together a group of 20+ KPMG TA leaders from around the globe and devising with them our strategic action plan for TA which encompasses a brand new learning curriculum for our TA teams, a shared Global AI use case and prompt library to share resources and drive best practice usage of AI in TA processes and finally to reimagine our Global approach to Campus recruiting

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

1. AI-Driven Transformation of TA Operations
AI will automate 50–80% of traditional recruitment tasks, from sourcing to screening, enabling recruiters to focus on strategic advisory roles. This shift will require upskilling and a redefinition of recruiter capabilities to include data fluency, talent intelligence, and stakeholder consulting.
2. Self-Service Hiring Enablement for Managers
Hiring managers will increasingly be empowered to self-serve through intuitive platforms, guided assessments, and AI-supported decision-making. This decentralisation will improve speed and consistency while reducing dependency on recruiters for routine tasks.
3. Global Operating Models with Local Flexibility
A unified TA framework—built around four pillars: TA Operations, Talent Advisors, TA Marketing, and Strategic Workforce Planning—will enable global consistency while respecting local autonomy. This model supports scalability, transparency, and shared innovation and will also link with Talent/L7D and OD to form a coherent talent strategy
4. Ethical AI Use and Candidate Authenticity
As AI-generated applications rise, TA functions must implement robust fraud detection, promote transparency in AI usage, and ensure ethical standards in candidate evaluation. Trust and fairness will become central to employer brand and candidate experience.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

1. Learning for TA
2. AI acceleration in TA
3. Hiring manager enablement
