Onshoring project to drive localization agenda in the UAE . With the central bank requirements banks need to become more creative on how they drive the agenda and this is one of my key projects
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Data and AI will play a key role in future of TA. Data will guide sourcing decisions, candidate quality predictions, and even attrition risks. AI will enhance the role of the recruiters to be more of a strategic partner rather than an operations manager.
