What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

The Talent Acquisition landscape is evolving rapidly, shaped by technology, shifting workforce expectations, and growing regulatory focus. In the coming years, TA will move beyond traditional hiring to become a true business enabler, integrating AI-driven insights, skills-based hiring, and data analytics to build future-ready workforces. Particularly in the Middle East, nationalisation will remain a key strategic priority, requiring organisations to balance localisation mandates with global talent standards. The most successful TA functions will be those that align regulatory goals with talent development, employer branding, and long-term workforce planning.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Still under discussion but Nationalisation is an important one
