What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

Achieving some bananas KPI targets with limited resources. Transforming operating models. Implementation of a KPI dashboard

How has the RL Community/helped you this year?

The knowledge and experience sharing has been great and this has allowed me to change the way I approach certain elements of TA in a more effective way.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

It’s going to be a challenging year with the amount of tech and AI coming out everyday, but I still believe the human element of TA will never die. This will allow us be more productive
and strategic
