Sean has over 15 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, both internal and agency. He works at a start up experience in Saudi with 100% year on year headcount growth over 5 years.
Sean is focused on data driven recruiting and building high performing teams, whilst embracing I&D and nationalisation campaigns in Saudi and UAE.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys traveling, skiing, rugby, and spending time with his family.
What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
Joining KBR in June, I focused on bringing together a global TA function. Originally recruitment was country/region specific and accountable to a HR leader.
The global TA practice gave us the ability to be more dynamic across all global projects. Increasing the quality of the CX up to a benchmark, whilst ultimately elevating the TA function into a value adding team.
How has the RL Community helped you this year?
It has been great to network with leaders across the GCC. To share and discuss common trends such as nationalization. Also being made aware of key themes and tools that other members have utilized.
What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
New tools will help teams drive efficiency, allowing them to create capacity to focus on the value-add side of the function. Recruitment Partnering, candidate and talent pool management.
