Happy to deliver a revamped recruitment in alignment with business needs. As well as, launched the first Emirati Graduate Program within the company and achieved successfully Emiratization targets, being recognized internally for the approach used.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

AI will play a bigger role in smarter automation. Skills-based hiring will dominate with more focus on critical capabilities over traditional credentials. TA is evolving from reactive hiring to proactive talent planning. Leaders are integrating workforce planning, internal mobility, and personalized candidate experiences into unified strategies. TA is becoming a business lever, not just a support function.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

I’m excited to lead transformative talent initiatives by building hiring manager capability, crafting compelling EVP strategies to elevate candidate experience, and embedding data-driven decision making at the heart of talent acquisition.
