Its going to be more demanding and challenging, keeping in mind that the recruiters will face a lot of ai based candidates and everyone need to step up their game in assessing the skills of the talent

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Building an executive hiring methodology which includes a well designed assessment process.
