Our industry is undergoing rapid change and transformation, we need to find the balance of automation and humans and I think we will go to far and then eventually balance the approaches
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Deploy one single ATS (instead of 10) across 27 countries; deploy global background and reference check solution and optimise the onboarding process; implement SJT for Nurses; globally align processes and tools; increase capability of hiring managers with a series of 3-5 min videos using an avatar with assessments; introduce assessment matrix to increase validity of decision making.
