What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Robert has recently calved out a new process to reduce the number of cvs being reviewed by business and improving the quality of hire. This has been achieved through a number of softener avenues including technical assessments set by the business and ensure all the TA team are trained to a technical standard to host the first round of interviews before any business involvement

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

AI is key for the future of TA. Screening tools, for resumes, interview scheduling analysis candidates and response times are already taking place and set to continue
