Currently, Richa serves as Head of Talent Acquisition and MD Hiring at Alvarez & Marsal, based in the Dubai office. She leads the firm’s recruitment strategy for India, working closely with the Country Head to align hiring priorities with global and regional expansion objectives. A core focus of Richa’s role has been to strengthen Alvarez & Marsal’s employer brand and position A&M as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
Previously, I held leadership roles at renowned executive search firms such as Korn Ferry International and DHR Global, where I partnered with global financial services clients to build CXO-level teams. I also collaborated with Private Equity firms to support portfolio talent needs across APAC. My experience in mentoring teams, managing verticals, and working closely with Country Heads has equipped me with the strategic and operational acumen required for senior leadership hiring mandates.

· Successfully led end-to-end recruitment for multiple Managing Director-level hires within the first year.
· Delivered AED 13 Mn / INR 31 Crore in cost savings by directly managing MD-level hiring in-house.
· Spearheaded employer branding and DEI initiatives, leading to a marked increase in high-quality applications from Tier 1 firms.
