Olivia is an experienced Talent Attraction and Acquisition leader of 16 years experience within professional services, retail, FMCG, finance, automotive, real estate, and engineering throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Currently, she is the Talent Attraction and Acquisition Leader for Experienced Hire for EY EMEIA and MENA.
Olivia is accountable for delivering EY’s EMEIA and MENA Recruiting’s performance objectives and delivering a market leading recruiting service to clients and candidates. She is responsible for working closely with Business Leaders, Talent Consultants, Recruitment Branding and Sourcing to develop and deliver effective recruiting strategies.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
Largely the same as 2025 but with the evolution of AI in recruiting, more companies will be brave enough to explore products and services on offer, leaders and team want to work smarter not harder, and many firms don’t want to spend more on people costs, they want to try to achieve the same output or more by leveraging AI and smart recruiting technologies.
