Myriam Dimitriou the Senior Vice President – Head of Talent Management, Acquisition and Organization Design at the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority – GCGRA (GCGRA) in the UAE. Since 2023, she has played a founding role in building the Authority’s HR structure from the ground up developing its talent strategy, EVP, onboarding systems, performance frameworks, and a comprehensive organizational design aligned with business objectives. Her visionary leadership enabled the authority to establish its core values, mission, and policies while pioneering data-driven HR technologies for streamlined execution.

Before joining GCGRA, Myriam spent over a decade at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), where she held multiple senior HR roles including Vice President – Acting Head of Talent Acquisition. There, she led large-scale recruitment efforts across 16 countries, oversaw C-level and board hiring, and drove post-merger integration between NBAD and FGB. She also led talent initiatives for new bank launches in KSA, Iraq, China, and ADGM, and acted as interim Chief of HR for FAB Egypt. Her standout performance earned her multiple accolades, including the Shining Star and Golden Year awards.

Her earlier roles at National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) and ADNOC Group further solidified her reputation as a hands-on leader in international talent acquisition, performance appraisals, reward strategy, policy development, and Emiratization initiatives. She has consistently delivered strategic HR solutions in complex environments blending agility with operational excellence.

Myriam is also certified in Gallup, Saville, Hogan, and Korn Ferry assessor demonstrating her dedication to world-class talent methodologies.
