Experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with experience working across EMEA having focused on Middle East & Africa, currently leading our Europe North and EMEA HQ business. Strong experience in Leadership, Executive Search, Technical Recruiting, Mentoring, Management and D&I.

What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Built and scaled the GTA team, growing and hiring to meet demand and exceed business targets, overseeing more then 4,000 hires in a year. Forged strong partnership with Finance and Leadership stakeholders to implement and drive Talent Acquisition Strategy.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

I’m particularly proud of launching a new candidate experience program that turned feedback insights into real action. From simplifying communications to introducing personalized interview touchpoints, we saw a 40% increase in candidate satisfaction scores in just six months. It reminded me how small, human touches can transform perceptions of our brand.

In the next phase of talent acquisition, the role will evolve from operational to strategic, anchored in AI-enabled agents, data-driven insights and a mindset of service to the candidate. The focus will shift squarely onto delivering an exceptional, personalised experience for the candidate, fostering engagement and brand advocacy. At the same time, TA will align deeply with business outcomes, anticipating skills, enabling workforce agility and shaping culture. Crucially, even in this high-tech environment, the human element (ethical guardrails, meaningful conversations and strategic partnership) will remain central.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Helping land a new ATS (Eightfold).
Continuing to help drive AI Adoption within Talent Acquisition.
