What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

Getting 2 awards from HRME as HR Manager of the year, and Recruiter of the year in the real estate sector. Additionally, winning the gold award for best induction and onboarding programme in the middle east from the Emplyee Happiness Summit. Furthermore, building the Center of Excellence of Talent with placing the best talent partners in place, and working on transformational projects in automation, assessment, and nationalisation that has led into achieving the awards.

How has the RL Community helped you this year?

The RL Community has helped in discovering new technologies that will optimise the recruitment processes, as well as, meeting like minded individuals to exchange knowledge, and refer talents for their hiring needs.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

Looking ahead to 2025, we anticipate the TA industry will be shaped by hyper-personalisation in recruitment, sustainable hiring practices, and a growing emphasis on nationalisation balanced with diversity, equity, and inclusion.
