AI will give TA more time to focus on less admin tasks and more strategic partnerships with candidates and stakeholders
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
More inclusion projects, we have previously introduced return to work for women, I would like to introduce return to work for men and help hiring managers overcome career breaks’ bias
Additionally, I would like to focus on skill based recruitment and educate hiring managers on transferrable skills and which can help fill more of our niche roles quicker.
