Mary holds 14 year of experience across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management and Strategy. After having spent over 7 years at McKinsey & Company’s Middle East Office in their recruitment and consulting functions, she pivoted to supporting a family family business develop their graduate recruitment program across the region. For the past 6 1/2 years, she’s been at the Dubai Future Foundation leading the development and execution of TA strategies on a local and federal government level. Her current passion is working on the intersection of technology and people, and the role TA plays as a thought leader and partner in driving organizational strategies and design in the future.

Pivoting out of the government into a regional talent acquisition and people role at a leading multinational where I can drive greater impact and growth.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
While technology drives us forward, we will need to continue to develop our foundational and social skills to stay relevant.
