The topics shared within the WhatsApp group provide practical insights, as the majority of the discussions address daily challenges. What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
In 2025, I believe the Talent Acquisition industry will continue to evolve, with technology, especially AI and automation, playing a bigger role in simplifying and improving recruitment processes. The focus will shift even more towards building diverse and inclusive teams, particularly by tapping into underrepresented groups like People of Determination (POD). Organizations will prioritize creating long-term talent pipelines and adopting a proactive approach to recruitment. With the growing trend of remote work, companies will also emphasize offering flexibility and enhancing employee well-being to attract and retain top talent.
