What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

The talent acquisition industry is set for major transformation, with recruiters needing to continuously develop new skills to keep pace with rapidly advancing AI technologies. TA teams that fully adopt AI—understanding not only its advantages but also its risks and limitations—will be best positioned to stay relevant and deliver value. At the same time, talent acquisition professionals will need to elevate their focus on personal connections: role positioning and effective candidate engagement will become key human-centered strengths in attracting the right talent for open positions.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Enhancing Candidate Experience and human interface in light of increasing use of AI tools to automate recruitment processes.
