With a lot many new tools keep on coming out in the market, Hussain’s recent interests would be automation in recruitment and decision-making process, skills-based hiring and how this can actually help organisations and GenZ workforce strategies. Outside of work, Hussain enjoys travelling, playing sports & reading.

How has the RL Community helped you this year?

Being part of the RL Community has been a wonderful experience so far, allowing me to leverage industry best practices. Engaging in thoughtful discussions on emerging trends and innovations in TA has also helped me improve our recruitment processes. Got introduced to some great TA leaders and partners, best in the industry and the interactions have deepened my understanding of the latest trends and enabled to implement best practices in my role.

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

Focus will be more on employee wellbeing, candidate experience, retaining top talent which looks to be a challenge currently and talent analytics as a separate career stream.
