Winning Gold for Best Hiring and Integration Strategy for People of Determination at the Employee Happiness Awards 2025. This recognition represents more than an award; it reflects a commitment to creating meaningful, dignified employment pathways for individuals with disabilities. Hind led the strategy from design to implementation, building an inclusive hiring framework, developing tailored onboarding programs, and ensuring teams were trained and ready to create a supportive environment. The award validated not only the effectiveness of the strategy but also its human impact: opening real opportunities, strengthening workplace culture, and proving that inclusion drives both compassion and performance.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
The future of Talent Acquisition will shift from being purely a hiring function to becoming a strategic, data-driven talent ecosystem that blends workforce intelligence, skills forecasting, and human-centered experience design. TA will no longer focus only on filling roles; it will shape how organizations anticipate skills, build internal mobility, and create inclusive pipelines.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
In 2026, Hind aims to scale Talent Acquisition by strengthening the “build vs. buy” strategy, improving the quality and actionability of talent data, and enhancing inclusion across the hiring process. Her priorities include expanding internal mobility, ensuring cleaner workforce data for better decisions, advancing inclusive hiring practices, and redesigning onboarding and career pathing to support long-term retention.
