Headhunting over 50 senior talents to my organization for the period 2024-2025 saving tremendous amounts in recruitment agency fees whilst navigating a cancer diagnosis and treatment.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
More focus on AI tools in ATS such as screening, mass video interviews, psychometric testing.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Seeking leaders for our future expansion projects across Saudi Arabia including new geographies such as the Red Sea region.
