In 2024, following my strong performance in the Middle East and Africa region, I was entrusted with an expanded responsibility to Head Talent Acquisition for the APAC region, reflecting the confidence and trust of our TA leadership team in my capabilities.
How has the RL Community/helped you this year?
I am proud to be part of the Elite RL community, where I have identified, shared TA challenges and opportunities across our regional landscape. Engaging in discussions with the community has provided valuable market insights and also had the privilege of building some excellent connections along the way.
What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
Here is my take:
• Focus in Increasing efficiency through AI & Automation, with Human touch
• Utilisation of AI agents in High volume hiring, to increase capacity of Recruiters from 25 to 50 positions
• Conversational AI is transforming screening & enhancing Candidate experience through the hiring process
• Need more regulation around compliance in Hiring process
• Huge disruption within the Tech space, will demand Top Talent with niche skills
• Recruiters to focus on internal hiring, to partner with Talent leaders in upskilling
• Upskilling of Recruiters to work along with AI tools to sustain in the evolving market
