With over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition across EMEA, APAC, India, and the Philippines, he is passionate about leveraging AI and automation in recruitment, championing diversity and inclusion, enhancing employer branding, driving social advocacy, and making data-driven decisions.

What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Based on my strong performance, I was entrusted with an additional responsibility to manage Ireland as a strategic location for building our AI & Digital Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) hub, critical initiative that strengthens our global technology footprint

Here is my prediction, which is closely aligned from our Org perspective too:

• Companies will create open talent marketplaces where employees can easily explore new roles and projects.
• This approach promotes career growth, reduces attrition, and builds a skills-based workforce.
• Transparent mobility will make talent movement across teams and functions seamless.

Agentic AI in the Overall Hiring Process
• Agentic AI will power end-to-end hiring, covering both internal mobility and external recruitment.
• AI will act as a proactive talent advisor, matching roles and candidates based on skills, aspirations, and business needs.
• Human-in-the-loop remains critical for fairness, cultural fit, and strategic decision-making.

Evolving Around 3 Personas
• Hiring Manager: Gains real-time insights on talent availability and skill gaps.
• Recruiter: Focuses on relationship-building and strategic workforce planning while AI handles repetitive tasks.
• Candidate: Experiences personalised career recommendations and transparent opportunities internally and externally.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

• We are implementing an AI powered talent orchestration platform integrated with our ATS
• Rebuild and strengthen the Internal Mobility program, I am the Global Co-lead
• Introducing Agentic AI across the end to end Talent Acquisition lifecycle
