Charlotte is an experienced Global Talent Leader, DEI champion and accredited Executive Coach with a track record in building transformative leadership/exec teams.
As the Head of Executive Recruitment at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Charlotte partnered with the Group CEO and ExCo to build the complete leadership team for the newly combined business, creating and leading a team of executive recruiters and research with global accountability for the top 500 roles, external search and internal succession. With over 20 significant years of experience in talent acquisition, Charlotte has a proven track record of delivering measurable business results through recruitment, assessment, employer branding and onboarding across over 120 countries and over 5,000 hires per annum.
Charlotte has successfully led high-performing teams of over 100 globally dispersed across multiple locations, and has worked closely with boards, CEOs and executive teams to develop and execute plans to attract and onboard senior leadership talent across all functions. She has also led the digitisation of recruitment processes, focusing on candidate and hiring manager experience, and using data and analytics to drive decisions and outcomes. Charlotte has extensive experience with both large, complex blue-chip organisations, PE-backed and entrepreneurial SMEs, and across various industries, such as financial services, fintech, data, technology, media, property, retail, telecoms, energy and FMCG.
Charlotte is also Hogan accredited, has completed her Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School and is now continuing at Henley with the MSc in Behavioural Science in Coaching.
