Scaling the focus to 11 countries across GCC, Africa & India along with adding 3 new BU’s under the group portfolio.
Driving HR system integration across AF and implementing policy improvements with focus on fostering culture to create inclusive environments that celebrate diversity.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
3 areas that may create an impact for the TA industry for 2025:
AI-Driven Recruitment: Automation and AI will incubate in candidate sourcing, screening, and matching, enhancing efficiency and reducing bias in hiring processes.
Hybrid & Global Talent Pools: As remote and hybrid work models persist, TA strategies will focus on sourcing talent globally, expanding the talent pool beyond geographic limitations.
Focus on Skills: Companies will prioritize skills over formal degrees, with a heightened focus on transferable skill-set in hiring process.
