What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

One of my proudest achievements has been building a data-driven Talent Acquisition engine that transformed how we hire at scale. Over the past year, we restructured our TA operations to combine clear recruiter capacity models, live performance dashboards, and standardized quality checks across markets like Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

This shift allowed us to increase hires per recruiter, reduce time-to-fill, and improve hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, all while maintaining quality in a fast growing environment.

What makes me proud isn’t just the metrics, it’s seeing a team that now operates with clarity, ownership, and real business impact.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

I believe it will be deeply shaped by AI, not as a replacement for recruiters, but as an extension of our capabilities. We’ll see AI-driven sourcing engines that identify high-potential candidates before they even apply, predictive analytics that forecast hiring needs, and automated screening tools that evaluate skills, tone, and fit in seconds. Personalized candidate journeys will be designed by algorithms that learn from behavior and engagement data.
