I am a Dubai-based HR and Transformation leader with close to two decades of experience across the GCC, Europe and island economies. My work sits at the intersection of organisational psychology, AI governance and strategic workforce design. I’ve led complex restructuring, capabilities mapping and operating model redesigns for diversified groups and family offices, advising Boards and C-suites on how to build people ecosystems that scale with discipline, ethics and clarity. My focus now is on next-generation HR models that blend human judgment with explainable AI, and strengthen leadership decision making through data, culture and governance.
What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
I recently led a full HR transformation for a large multi-sector group, redesigning their operating model, integrating structured governance, maturing their people analytics and building capability pathways across corporate and business units. It restored executive trust, reduced organisational risk and positioned HR as a strategic advisory function rather than a transactional one
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
TA will no longer be about filling roles. It will become a talent intelligence discipline where success depends on the ability to integrate predictive analytics, ethical AI and scenario-based workforce planning. TA teams that shift from “acquisition” to “intelligence and influence” will lead the market. Teams that remain transactional will be replaced by automated ecosystems and skills-based platforms
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
I’m focusing on two major projects:
1. Building an AI Talent Governance Framework tailored for GCC organisations to guide ethical deployment and capability uplift
2. Designing a People Analytics and Decision Support Playbook for C-suites, combining predictive insights with cultural intelligence and risk-based workforce planning
These are designed to move organisations away from reactive people management and into future-proofed, governance-led decision making.
