All Things People & HR – you name it. A firm believer that job titles are temporary. They are borrowed, not yours to keep. Eventually, they will fade away. What lasts is the reputation you have built. Im happy to say Ive built my name and I get lots of referrals from people who have dealth with me, be it candidates and/or current staff who keep referring me to others who are looking for work.
What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
Ive helped scale up the company within a short period of time by aggresive hiring to meet business requirements which saw us grow from 1 facility to, eventually, 4 (3 in Dubai and 1 in London). Ive also managed to meet all Emiratisation targets, which was quite an achievement given Emirati talent do not stay long in one role, so you need to constantly look for their replacement.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Fewer generic roles on the market, and more niche and requiring technical skillset. AI has already taken over a decent amount of admin work (JDs, dealing with employee relations). Humans will still be needed to deal with candidates and current staff, but many tasks in the TA have been already (and thankfully) replaced with machines.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Implementing new hr software, opening new clinic in London (on top of 2 others in Dubai)
