What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Ta will always be an essential function, but will develop to be seen as a true strategic partner that provides solutions to the business (not just CV shifters), with the assistance of AI TA will elevate back to it’s roots which focus on people, experience and selling opportunities.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Implementation of SF globally and adapting to the world of AI, whilst changing to a global CoE model.
