What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

In 2024, I led the strategic scaling and reorganisation of DAZN’s global Technology and Product teams, centralising operations into Hyderabad. Over 12 months, I delivered a complex transformation programme that involved transitioning and ramping up to 1,100 headcount while navigating change across multiple regions, maintaining business continuity, and ensuring alignment with long-term workforce planning goals.

How has the RL Community helped you this year?

This year, the RL community has been a genuine source of support, inspiration, and connection. At a time when the Talent Acquisition landscape continues to evolve rapidly, being part of a group of peers who openly share their challenges, wins, and ideas has been both grounding and energising.

Whether it was through live discussions, behind-the-scenes advice, or simply knowing others were navigating similar shifts especially during moments of career transition or transformation projects. The RL community reminded me of the power of collective knowledge and trusted networks. It’s not just a professional space, it’s a human one. And for that, I’m truly grateful.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

In 2025, Talent Acquisition will shift from being just a delivery function to becoming a true strategic partner embedded in workforce planning, business transformation, and growth decisions.

TA leaders will be expected to think beyond hiring metrics, focusing more on skills-based hiring, internal mobility, and organisational design. With AI accelerating, the differentiator won’t be tech adoption alone it’ll be how we balance automation with high-touch human experiences that foster trust, equity, and long-term talent value.

We’ll also see a rise in location-fluid workforce strategies. TA will play a key role in advising on where, how, and why talent is deployed globally. The companies that treat TA as a strategic brain, not just a pair of hands, will be the ones that scale with purpose.
