Alignment with Talent Management, with TA becoming more of a blended offering, skills based hiring, AI to empower both companies and candidates. Focus on hiring leaders with empathy.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Succession planning for critical roles. Growth markets (outside of the GCC)
