What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Companies will continue to embrace AI but place a greater focus on candidate experience as top talent expect authentic human interactions in their hiring process.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Embarking on a journey to becoming a skills based organisation, focused around skills infrastructure, internal mobility, and skill based talent pipelining.
