Ruth has spent over 20 years working in recruitment – a field she absolutely loves. Ruth has had the privilege of leading recruitment teams both in the UK and globally across a range of industries, from retail & manufacturing to hospitality & and tourism, including at Global Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies like AkzoNobel and Sainsbury’s.
Currently, she’s working in the public sector as the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition at NHS Blood and Transplant where she is leading a complete transformation of recruitment. It’s an amazing organisation that saves and improves lives every day – what better purpose can an organisation have?
When she’s not at work, you’ll often find Ruth walking her dog on the beach, cheering on women’s football, or playing a (very) casual game of badminton.
