Achieving 30% B.A.M.E. workforce representation just ahead of our 5-year target in an industry with typically low representation (circa 16-17% based on Census and industry benchmarking data).

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

Talent Acquisition will evolve into Talent Intelligence or TAI where AI automates sourcing, screening and scheduling, allowing people to focus on data-driven strategy, candidate experience and skills-based workforce planning.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Projects including continuous improvement, looking at a new tech stack that combines HRIS, ATS and staff scheduling, staff contracting and management.
