Lauren Bradley is head of talent acquisition at Warburtons, where she leads a dynamic recruitment team responsible for the hiring of approximately 1000 roles annually across the UK. She is currently responsible for the Talent Strategy, Employer Brand and Early Careers programmes across the business. Prior to her role at Warburtons Lauren held senior talent roles across FMCG and Retail sectors where she built scalable hiring strategies and led transformation projects.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Predictive analytics and data analytics will become critical in workforce planning and smart hiring, but AI and biases will continue to create issues in hiring processes.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
New careers site implementations and new technologies to create fairer talent assessments.
