Dom leads the talent acquisition function for Boeing outside the US. His teams hire in 70+ countries across all continents and is accountable for the continued globalization of the enterprise. Dom has been with Boeing for 11 years and in the TA and HR industry for 26. In addition to the leadership of the GTA function do is also responsible for talent strategy and geo-talent diversification programs.

Design & implementation of new GTA org structure and operating model.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Continued period of instability as the industry wrestles with the impact & benefit of technology/AI, the desire to reduce functional costs and increase automation whilst maintaining/improving the user experience.
The tech tools are not yet fully mature and end-to-end strategy not fully defined so GTA orgs will face multiple, sometimes conflicting pressures and priorities from their businesses.
Longer term the advances in automation will drive efficiency in hiring processes and move the recruiter role to more strategic, higher value work.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Continued talent geo-diversification.
Implementation of new CRM.
Expansion of early career capability.
