What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

During 2024, I managed the recruitment strategy for a rapid company expansion driven by multiple acquisitions. This involved successfully and consistently hiring new employees across a variety of functions to support the growing organisation. I’m particularly proud of how my team maintained high-quality hires and ensured alignment with our company culture, even amid the fast-paced and dynamic environment.

How has the RL Community helped you this year?

The RL community has been a great support this year, helping me tackle the challenges of scaling our recruitment efforts during a time of rapid growth and acquisitions. Through discussions with peers and sharing insights, I gained new ideas on addressing talent shortages and keeping our culture strong across different teams.

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

In 2025, I see a significant shift toward automation and AI-driven recruitment tools, which I believe will revolutionise the hiring process. These technologies will not only streamline recruitment but also enhance the effectiveness of hiring decisions by providing deeper insights and improving efficiency. I’m excited about the potential for these innovations to transform the industry, making talent acquisition faster, more data-driven, and ultimately more precise.
