After 10yrs in Financial Services, Karen pivoted to a career in Recruitment, where she has been growing her career in a variety of leadership roles in IT & Professional Services, Technology and recently, the Facilities Management industries. Passionate about ED&I, with a continuous improvement and transformative approach, she leads large, hybrid teams in all types of recruiting activities, internal mobility, workforce planning and employer branding, with global experience from early careers through to executive hiring.
